We're looking for an experienced Freelance Creative Project Manager who can step in seamlessly to lead integrated marketing and creative projects from kickoff through delivery.

Our agency partners with some of the world's leading consumer brands, drawing on our deep public relations roots and expertise across sports, entertainment, and culture to deliver standout creative work across the modern media ecosystem.

This opportunity is ideal for a creative project manager who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams, bringing structure to complex creative work, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

In this role, you'll manage integrated marketing and creative projects, partnering closely with our Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Finance teams to keep work moving efficiently. This is a part-time freelance opportunity (around 20 hours per week) expected to last approximately 6 months.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 5+ years of project management experience within an agency or brand environment
  • Can manage integrated marketing, digital, and social projects from kickoff through delivery, including timelines, budgets, resource planning, and project documentation
  • Excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, deadlines, and next steps
  • Is comfortable facilitating meetings, tracking action items, managing approvals, and maintaining project plans and status reports
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Is familiar with agile project management methodologies and modern collaboration tools

Ideal Background
  • Agency or in-house experience managing integrated marketing, digital, social, or content programs for consumer brands
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) is a plus

Hourly Rate
$65/hour
